Started career with SAIL, Alloy Steels Plant Durgapur (W B) in 1974, followed by Modi Steels,
NISST and UNDP/GEF Project, Ministry of Steel, Government of India. With primary interest in Training,
his career culminated with position of Chief Engineer (HRD & Knowledge Management)
at KORUS, – a Consultancy Company for the steel industry.
As Prof and HoD (Training) in Engineering College (2010 to 2012),
he was responsible for industry interaction,
entrepreneurship and skill development and career guidance.
Publications:
Published articles in Dharmyug (Times of India Hindi weekly), Economic Times,
Lok Udyog (a publication of Bureau of Public Enterprises) etc.
