Mr RAVIPRAKASH KARCHERLA, currently working as Advisor and Consultant (S&T) to K-RIDE, a joint venture of Govt. of Karnataka and Ministry of Railways  He retired as Country Business unit Director – Transportation for THALES India after successfully deploying India’s Largest CBTC project of 70 KMs at Hyderabad Metro.  Earlier, he worked as Director- Signalling at ALSTOM and delivered Delhi Metro Line 1 and 2 during 2001-2007.  He also was the Country Head and Managing Director of WESTINGHOUSE RAIL INDIA and introduced WESTRACE Interlocking systems in the Indian Railway network.  In a career spanning 38 years in the domains of Avionics, Process Control automation and Railway signalling, he had performed roles in Design, Engineering and Manufacturing before moving into the senior management position within Railway signalling Industry.  He has done B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications from Jawaharlal Technological University Hyderabad in 1982 and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from IGNOU, DELHI in 1996.  He is also a Fellow of Institute of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE), UK and helped in building the pools of young signalling.Engineers in India during the last two decades.

Mr.RAJESH PATEL An Electronic & Telecommunication Engineer (B.E.) from SGS Institute of Technology & Science, Indore; has been Indian Railway Officer of Signalling & Telecommunication service for 16 Years including about 5 Years in Kankan railway Corporation Ltd, a PSU under Ministry of Railway Govt Of India. • Empaneled ISA Auditor in one of the T&C ISA firm. • Having rich experience in Indian Railway Project management including Tendering , Bid ,Contract & Arbitration management processes, and Railway Operation & Maintenance .  A passionate trainer on Railway System safety trainings including European Standards for railway Application like Metro, Main Line ,Freight Corridors ,Railways in Industrial area & Ports.  He has more than 2000 Man-days training experience in imparting training to Railway Staffs.  He had design & Developed Training Modules for Kankan railway S&T Section Engineers, Trade Testing of Indian Railway Signal & Telecommunication Maintainers and invigilation assignment for RRBs (Rly Recruitment Boards) Examinations. • For last 10 Years he has carved a niche for himself in Railway System safety Assurance domain including European Standards for railway Application while working with Testing & Certification MNCs like TuV Rheinland India,
