Mr.Virendra Nath Grover Started career with SAIL, Alloy Steels Plant Durgapur (W B) in 1974, followed by Modi Steels, NISST and UNDP/GEF Project, Ministry of Steel, Government of India. With primary interest in Training, his career culminated with position of Chief Engineer (HRD & Knowledge Management) at KORUS, – a Consultancy Company for the steel industry. As Prof and HoD (Training) in Engineering College (2010 to 2012), he was responsible for industry interaction, entrepreneurship and skill development and career guidance.

Prof (Dr) Harish K. Dwivedi is a Scientist-turned into Industry professional and then turned into an educationalist. He has around 42 years of experience in various fields covering Research, Technology Development, Industry and Education. He has held a number of positions, including that of a senior scientist at CSIR- Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani, Rajasthan, R&D Head for development of Flat Plasma TVs as well as Senior Consultant at Samtel group, Ghaziabad and till recently, a professor as well as Incharge of a Incubator at Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow.
